Provides a safe environment and a comprehensive daily care service including meals, cleaning, laundry, bathing and health management.
At RIEI, we regard elderly care as a lifestyle service, making the lives of elderly people as comfortable as possible. Working around the theme of “from elderly care to comfort care,” we deliver comfortable lifestyles filled with IYASHI (healing) to all of our customers. With “OMOTENASHI (hospitality) from IYASHI and from dining” as the fundamental basis for our service, we operate private nursing homes, group homes, day service, visiting care and a range of other services; primarily in the Tokyo metropolitan area, but also in the Kansai and Kyushu areas of Japan.

Communicare24 was launched in April 2000 as part of lifestyle service company RIEI’s total elderly care service business. It was launched to coincide with the enforcement of Japan’s Long-term Care Insurance System.
The name Communicare24 originates from our wish to provide 24-hour elderly care services in the community. It was therefore launched as 24-hour, 365-days-a-year elderly-care service, firmly enrooted in local communities.
We have now expanded our operations to not only private nursing homes, but also day services and group homes with deep ties to local communities nationwide, although primarily in the Greater Tokyo Area.
Working under the concepts that “people are healed by other people” and “from elderly care to comfort care,” we are providing lifestyle support services to ensure optimal comfort for elderly people.
